The Analytics section contains a summary of different types of data analytics from your entire conference. This section will show you statistics and reports gathered from multiple different aspects of your conference. You can view Analytic Reports on the following topics:

• Attendee Registration
• Exhibitor Registration
• Contact Information
• Attendance
• Social Activity
• Leads
• Session Evaluation

Below you can find a description of each of these reports.

The Attendee Registration report shows you statistics on each registration completed by an attendee through our online registration form. If you have customized the registration form to include other fields of information, they will be tallied here as well.

This report is similar to the Attendee Registration report, but focuses on Exhibitor Registrations instead.

This report shows you how many of your registered attendees and exhibitors provided their basic contact information, such as address, company, phone number, etc.

The Attendance Report shows you different data gathered from the attendance data of your conference. It will provide charts, graphs and data tables on the following attendance data:

• Check-ins by Date
• Visits by Date
• Visits by Room
• Top 50 Workshops
• Visits by Time of Day
• Top 50 Companies by Leads

You have the option to print this report using the blue Print Report button at the top of the page.

The Social Activity Report gathers data from the Social aspect of the Conference Attendee app. It will provide charts, graphs, and data tables on the following social feed data:

• Social Interactions by Date
• Interactions by Time of Day
• Trending Sessions
• Bookmarks per Session
• Views per Session
• Bookmarks per Exhibitor
• Views per Exhibitor
• Bookmarks per User
• Likes per User
• Trending Users
• Most Active Users
• Engagement Ranking

You have the option to print this report using the blue Print Report button at the top of the page.

The Leads Report gathers data related to Leads captured by your Leads Exhibitors throughout the conference. It will provide charts, graphs and data tables on the following leads data:

• General
• Leads by Date
• Leads Percentage by Representative
• Leads by Representative
• Leads by Time of Day

The Session Evaluation Report gathers every answered Session Evaluation survey and shows you an average of every answer offered to your attendees. This report will change depending on how you have edited your Session Evaluation surveys. You have the option to print this report using the blue Print Report button at the top of the page.
