Accudemia 9.0 Introduction

How to set my Tutor Schedule

<li><strong>Log into Accudemia.</strong>

<li><strong>Click your name in the top-right of the screen and then select the My Schedule option from your list of personal options.</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Choose the Center that you would like to set your schedule for on campus.</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>In the Search box choose the Edit Mode. Then if in Semester Mode, choose the semester or if in Exceptions Mode/Merged Mode choose the week to edit, and click Apply Filters to edit the schedule. These are more details on the three modes available:</strong>

    <li><strong>Merged Mode:</strong> This is a combination of the Term Mode and Exceptions Only. To edit the schedule in this mode you have to choose the week which you are going to edit.     <li><strong>Term Mode:</strong> This is the default calendar edit mode. In this mode you are allowed to edit the Tutor's Availability for the entire Term/Semester. <li><strong>To add a schedule, click and drag the mouse over the desired time-slots in the schedule.</strong>

<li><strong>A pop-up box will appear with the following options:</strong>

    <li>Choose if you will be <strong>available</strong>, <strong>not available</strong> or <strong>not working</strong> during that time-slot selected.</li>
    <li>Optionally add a <strong>description</strong> for what the time-slot will be reserved for on your schedule.</li>
    <li>Set your <strong>Max Attendees</strong> you can meet with during the selected time-slots.  If one-on-one then, enter 1; Or if groups are allowed up to 4 students, enter 4.  Note: This may be preset for all Tutors by your Center Admins.</li>
