Center Attendance

Purpose: The Purpose of Center Attendance in Accudemia is to track the visits (appointments and walk-in sessions) of your Center, including the courses, instructors, services, and tutors that are assisting students. In Accudemia, you can set up and customize the Centers as you need to track attendance in each area. Please see a short description for each option and click for more details:

  1. Manage Center: Combines and replaces several frequently used screens from earlier versions: Who's In?, Intake System, Manual Sign-In/Sign-Out.
  2. Daily Viewer: To view the Center's Tutor availability.
  3. Sessions Logs: To enter comments on sign-in sessions, complete the session evaluation, and modify session records.
  4. Stand-by Logs: To view sign-in sessions and assign them to the proper student or class session.
  5. New Appointment To schedule student-tutor appointments.
  6. View All Appointments To view all the appointments that the user has access to in Accudemia.
  7. Virtual Sign-in.: To create a Virtual Sign-In Link.
  8. Tutor Schedule: To edit Tutor's availability.
  9. Tutoring Assessment:This allows you to have your Tutors complete a brief survey/evaluation about the session.
  10. Engagement Board: To connect students with peers and other students in the community.
