Welcome to the Accudemia Admin Import Selection Guide

The purpose of this guide is to help identify what imports are needed for your unique setup in Accudemia. The people who should follow this guide are the Center and College Administration so they can inform their SIS (Student Information Systems) data teams what type of imports are needed in Accudemia to make it work for their Centers and provides examples they can share. We hope that you'll find this guide beneficial and it will help get Accudemia implemented quicker by having just the data you need to be uploaded with a focused effort.

I need to report...

Use the expandable sections below to see the types of imports you'll need from your IT department or data support team based on each scenario. Each section you visit will help you build a list of imports for the IT/Data Team of the CSV extracts you need from them.

NOTE: There will be an example at the end of this guide showing how most of the data can be pulled into a single extract if that is what they prefer to set up for Accudemia.

If you need this type of data in your reports, you'll need to import the Students, Courses with Classes, and Student Enrollment. See how each one looks below:

Typical All-in-One CSV File Import

As promised above we have a condensed version of all these individual imports that will get your Center and Services up and running quickly. Unfortunately, there are too many fields to display this import as a table on this page so we can only provide the CSV sample file and information about each field referenced in this file.

Important! This is what is typically sent over in a single file import and takes care of most of the things needed, but may require supplemental imports later. This import provides the system with the following information to be quickly up and running:
  • Students with Profiles
  • Instructors
  • Courses (Subject Areas) and Classes
  • Student Enrollment
  • Terms (Semesters)

Click here to download a sample CSV file.

For more explanation on each field please visit the Imports Guide on Typical Single-File Import here.
