Setting up Semester/Term dates

Purpose: To define the start and end dates that are considered to be each term/semester for your college. This can be used for reporting purposes later and general organization on the Students', Tutors', or Instructors' Class Assignments/Registration.

How to Access: Administration > Campus Setup > Terms

This step is highly important for adding subjects and classes. To create the semester/term, do the following:

  1. Go to Administration > Campus Setup > Terms
  2. Click the Create New button
  3. Name the Semester/Term at Name.
  4. Select Start Date Time and End Date Time of the Semester/Term.
  5. Click on Save Changes
