Answering the Survey
To answer the survey, a user must complete the questionnaire either while logged into their homepage or when prompted at sign-in or sign-out at a kiosk. The questions marked with an asterisk are required.
After completing the questionnaire, click the Save Changes button. The survey will disappear from the Pending surveys list.
