Create / Edit Classroom

This is an optional section to set up your Classes' Classrooms. This option is used primarily to group the Classes on your Exports and Reports and Sign-in Stations in AccuClass.

Create New Classroom

To Create a New Classroom:

  1. Click the View/Edit Classes section from the AccuClass home screen.
  2. Next, click the Classrooms button next to Semesters
  3. In the Classrooms menu click Create New, and fill in the following information:
    • Name: Complete with the name of your classroom.
    • Location: Complete with the location of your classroom.
  4. Click the Save button to save your input information.
An Attendance Tracking QR code will be created and displayed when creating a new classroom

Edit Classroom

To Edit a Classroom:

  1. Click the View/Edit Classes section from the AccuClass home screen.
  2. Next, click the Classrooms button next to Semesters
  3. Then, you should click blue Title link.
  4. Once in the Classrooms menu you can simply edit the Classroom Name or Location in the field provided.
  5. When finished click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

View Classroom Schedule

To View a Classrooms Schedule:

  1. Click the blue View Schedule link and confirm the pop-up message directly from the list of Classrooms on the Classroom screen.
  2. In the Schedule for <classroom Name> page you can see the schedules of your classrooms in a weekly calendar view as shown below.

You can customize your view by applying filters and seeing other weeks as well

Delete Classroom

To Delete a Classroom:

  1. If trying to Delete a classroom look for a “More Actions” box in the top-right corner of the page. Click the blue Delete Classroom link in the box.
  2. Finally, click the OK button to confirm the deletion request.
You can also click the blue Delete link and confirm the pop-up message directly from the list of Classrooms on the Classroom screen.
