• Added licensing information related to student counts on the License Information page.
• Added a result count display on the Students page to help institutions track their student count and stay within their license limits.

• Addressed an issue where inactive students were being counted toward the license limit and prevented from being inactivated when the limit was reached.

• Retention Center: A powerful new student monitoring hub puts retention data at your fingertips. Key features include:
  • Get a quick health check with the dashboard showing total at-risk students and percentage of population affected
  • Set flexible alert triggers based on your needs:
    • Track specific attendance statuses (absent,sick, late, vacation, etc)
    • Monitor attendance rates with custom thresholds
    • Combine multiple criteria for comprehensive monitoring

• Optimized database query performance for attendance logs

• Fixed an issue where the password reset link from the email incorrectly displayed a “session expired” message.
• Fixed attendance percentage calculations to show two decimal places and properly reflect partial attendance when instructors manually assign statuses.
• Improved text label alignment with rows and columns for the Roll Call Page. Student names and session dates now properly align with their respective rows and columns for a cleaner visual presentation.

• New Dashboard Page: A comprehensive dashboard for admins and instructors that provides daily insights and semester overview data through visually appealing graphs and charts. Quick-access links for settings, data export/import, and student card assignment are included for easier navigation.
• Class Attendance Widget: Features a pie chart displaying today's attendance data, including tracked classes and student status counts (present, absent, tardy, excused).
• Poll Activity Widget: Presents a bar chart showing today's poll activity, including the number of polls conducted and responses received.
• Streamline Attendance Tracking with Roll Callers: Introduced a “Roll Caller” role assignable to instructors, students, and tutors. Roll Callers can take attendance for their assigned class sections. Instructors and admins can assign Roll Callers, manage blocked dates, and delete Roll Callers. Roll Callers see a dashboard widget for taking attendance.
• Duplicate Class Feature: This feature allows admins to quickly replicate classes, with options to include instructors and schedules. Automatically transferred items include Semester, Unique Code/Name, and Department.
• Data Exports for Instructors: Instructors can now access an “Export Data” page for their own classes directly from the homepage, allowing them to export data in CSV, HTML, and Excel formats.
• Additional Filters for Exports: Added various filters to export options, making it easier to retrieve specific data based on criteria such as status, semester, and group.
• Clear Filters Button: Added a button to clear all selected filters for exports.
• Enroll Students by Group: Simplify class enrollment by adding students from a group in one action, making the process more efficient.
• Updated Schedule Ordering: Schedules on the class details page are now listed in order by day of the week, starting with Monday. If multiple schedules are on the same day, they are ordered by start time.
• Student List Badges and Filter: Added active/inactive badges next to each student's name and filter functionality to switch between viewing active and inactive students.
• Inactive Student Feature: Users can now mark students as inactive, excluding them from attendance screens and sign-ins while retaining them in historical reports. This feature also includes CSV import support and doesn't count inactive students towards the account's student limit.
• Announcement System Added: AccuClass now displays system-wide announcements for important updates and events, visible to all users but editable only by Engineerica staff.
• Attendance Summary Updates: Added a button to switch between totals and percentages, a print report button for direct access, and a date range filter for the Student/Class tabs.
• Attendance Logs Updates: Introduced new statistics for Total Percentage Present by Time and Total Percentage Present by Status, along with a print button for document printing.
• About Page for AccuClass Web App: Added an “About” page showing the build version and links for documentation.

• Access for Instructors in Kiosk Mode: Fixed an issue where instructors lacked the necessary permissions for using attendance kiosks, preventing the camera option from appearing.
• Sign-In/Out Recording Issue: Resolved an issue where swipe logs showed incorrect sequences. The system now ensures that within the same class session, every “in” swipe is followed by an “out” swipe.
• QR Code Printing Issue: Fixed an issue where the QR code preview for a classroom was initially blank.
• Fixed Issue with Roll Call Attendance: Users couldn't change student attendance from absent to present or excused. An error message, “Unable to update attendance status. Please refresh the page,” appeared but refreshing didn't resolve the issue.
