Locations

Note: Your actual access is set by your college administrator, so some of the sections here might not apply to you.

View Location Settings

This section is where you can view/change a location's settings, whether it is a Center, Classroom, or Event Workshop.

General Information

Name - This displays the name of the Location.

Located in - This displays where the Location resides, the physical place in a building, or sets of buildings.

Order - This value shows the importance of the location to be displayed.

Locations Search Filter (Magnifying Glass)

  • Search - Use this option to search for a specific location by typing the name.
  • Search In - This option specifies a location from the list.
  • Refine -Refine for those locations that have appointments enabled/disabled.
  • Apply Filters- Please click this button to execute the search using the filters specified.

Contact Information

Email - This is an optional field to display the contact Email for this location.

Website URL - This is an optional field to display the webpage for this location.

Street address - This is an optional field to display the physical address for this location.

More Information & Silent Tracking

More Information Textbox - This textbox describes information about the location.

Silent tracking Checkbox - This checkbox allows the use of beacons in the location.

Location rating

Scroll down in the location list, select the one you wish to rate, and click the rating scale.

Please click in the 5 stars next to the Location Description; Now, you will be shown a screen where you can rate this Location and/or add a Description:



How to Access: General > Locations
Purpose: Used to view locations in AccuCampus.

To view all of the settings in a location, just click on the name.
