Who's In?

How to Access: Center Attendance > Who's In?


Purpose: Used to quickly view the Students and Staff Signed-in AccuCampus.

Who's In? Buttons

  • View Logs- Use this option to see who is signed in to a session.
  • Sign-Out - Use this option to Sign-out all Students in the current list. A confirmation message will prompt you to confirm the Bulk Sign-out so that these are less likely to be signed out by accident.
  • Random Pick - Use this option to Pick one (or several) Student (s) from all Students at your Location, or at least the ones filtered in the list.
  • Refresh - Use this option to get an updated list of Who's in.
  • Download icon - Use this option to filter the current view of the Students on this screen to only show the Students that match the typed search criteria.

On each row there are three additional options to the right:

  • User Page - Use this option to access the user profile page.
  • Comments - Use this option to put comments about this log.
  • Sign-out - Use this option to sign out this user immediately.
The above options might show/hide depending on the current user roles/permissions).



Pick users randomly

1-After selecting the Random Pick option, you would need to set how many users do you want to pick and click “OK” as shown below:

2-The system should generate the list of random user(s) as requested. Click CANCEL to go back.


Who's In? Filters

  • Location - Filter the current view by selecting a location from the list.
  • Event - Filter the current view by selecting an Event from the list.
  • Sorting - Sort the current view By Sign-in Date, Last Name, or First Name selecting from the list.
