Surveys
This area is used to create, edit, and manage the Surveys information.
How to Access: Advanced Options > Surveys.
Buttons
- Create New - This allows you to add a new Survey.
- Filter Area (Magnifying glass) - Please filter the list by using the Search options in the filter area.
Survey List Options
- Delete - This option allows you to delete this Survey. A confirmation message will prompt you to confirm the deletion so that these are less likely to be deleted by accident.
Create Survey
General Information
- Name - This is a unique identifier for this Survey.
- Description - This is the description of the Survey.
- Start date - This is the start date for this Survey to be active.
- End date - This is the end date for this Survey to be active.
- Anonymous - This option sets the Survey as anonymous.
Security
- Roles with access - This specifies the roles that will have access to change the Survey.
- Only users with scope - This specifies additionally the Scope that the user must have, select a Location from the list.
Audience
- Applies to roles - The users with the selected roles will be presented the Survey.
Survey Design
This section allows admin to design the actual Survey displayed to the Users. A Survey can have multiple questions, so it gives you the option to add or delete questions while adding multiple responses types. Please add a field and you will be able to move it up and down and see the properties as needed.
- Text - Please click this button to add a Text box to the Survey, you would need to enter a Unique ID, Caption, Explanation text and specify if it will be required or not.
- Multiple choice - Please click this button to add multiple choice questions/options to the Survey, you would need to enter a Unique ID, Caption, Explanation text, specify if it will be required or not, and put Key-value pairs where it must be specified as 'safe_key|Some readable option'.
- Checkbox- Please click this button to add a Checkbox to the Survey, you would need to enter a Unique ID, Caption and Explanation text.
- Section Header- Please click this button to add a Section Header to the Survey, you would need to enter a Unique ID, Caption and Explanation text.
- SAVE BUTTON - Please click this option to save the configuration.
- CANCEL BUTTON - Please click this option to cancel and rollback without saving.
