Semester
This area is used to create, edit, and manage the Semester information.
Options
How to Access: Advanced Options > Term.
Purpose: Used to create, edit, and manage the Semester in AccuCampus.
Buttons
- Create New - Use this option to add a new Semester.
- Filter Area (Magnifying glass) - Please filter the list by using the Search options in the filter area.
Filter Area (Magnifying glass)
- Search- Use this option to search.
- Search in- Use this option to filter the search to particular topics in AccuCampus.
Semester List Options
- Delete - Use this option to delete this Semester. A confirmation message will prompt you to confirm the deletion so that these are less likely to be deleted by accident.
- Days Off - Use this option to delete this Rule. A confirmation message will prompt you to confirm the deletion so that these are less likely to be deleted by accident.
Create Semester
General Information
- Name - This is a unique identifier for this Semester.
- Start - This is the Start Date for the Semester.
- End - This is the End Date for the Semester.
- SAVE BUTTON - Please click this option to save the configuration.
- CANCEL BUTTON - Please click this option to cancel and rollback without saving.
Days Off Screen
General Information
- Days off during the semester- Add New - Please click Add New to add a new Day Off, add Date and Name
- SAVE - Please click this button to save the Information.
- CANCEL - Please click this button to cancel and go back to the previous page without saving.
