How to Access: Advanced Options > Export Information

Purpose: This page is used to Export Information in AccuCampus.

This button will allow the user to see a list of previous Exports.

You'll see a list of elements that can be exported in AccuCampus, on each row you have the 3 possible formats for the information, CSV(CSV is a simple file format used to store tabular data, such as a spreadsheet or database. Files in the CSV format can be imported to and exported from programs that store data in tables, such as Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice Calc), HTML(Hypertext Markup Language (HTML is the standard markup language for documents designed to be displayed in a web browser) and XLS (XLS is a file extension for a spreadsheet file format created by Microsoft for use with Microsoft Excel. XLS stands for eXceL Spreadsheet).

Please click Download to get a copy of the information from the “type” specified in the current row, the column specifies the format of such download.

For Profile Answers an additional option is provided to filter for a specific “Questionaire”. For Users, an additional option is provided to filter for a specific “Roll”.
