Collecting Feedback.

AccuTrack allows you to collect feedback from visitors.  Use this feature to gauge the satisfaction of students, evaluate services and staff, and improve the quality of service.  Here is how it works.

(1) Create Survey

Start by entering the evaluation questions.  You can enter up to ten different questions and their possible answers.  

The survey consists of multiple choice questions that only take seconds to answer.  For those visitors who have more to say, a convenient open comments box is provided.  Click here to see an example survey screen.  If you like, you can change the survey questions to suite your needs.

(2) Select Services

Select which services whose users you want to survey.  You can choose as many services as you like.  Also select how often you want users surveyed.  For example, you can select to survey visitors after their first visit and every third visit after that.

(3) Generate Feedback Reports

AccuTrack provides two feedback reports based on the answers to the survey.  The first lists each multiple choice question and its scores, and the second lists the open comments responses.  You can choose to see the feedback for a particular services or for all the services together.  Click here to see an example feedback report.
