How Does it Track Services?

When students sign in, AccuTrack displays a list of the services you offer and asks them to select the service they want to use.  You enter the list of services in the System Administration screen, and you can add or remove services as you like.  For example, a tutoring center may show a list of tutored classes, and an advising center may show a list of types of advising.  

AccuTrack includes a report that shows the utilization of each service.  The report shows number of users, number of visits, and total hours spent on each service.  Click here to see an example report.
