TRACKING EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE

RollCaller can efficiently collect employee attendance information and replace old punch clocks. With RollCaller WiFi and AccuAttendance you can centralize and monitor your employee attendance and generate reports online.

If you track employees across many facilities distributed across various locations and use a manual method to add the hours at the end of the month, and then manual enter each person’s information into another system, you can greatly benefit from RollCaller with AccuAttendance.
With RollCaller WiFi the data comes to your central back office.  Track your employee hours and off-times and generate weekly or monthly summary reports. Here is how it is accomplished:

When residents arrive, they sign in by simply swiping their ID card into an attendance data collection terminal called the "Collector". If the resident does not have an ID card, you can allow them to key in their ID number instead. The Collector will record the resident's ID number and the sign-in time.

The attendance data can then be downloaded to the RollCaller software for analysis and reporting. There are two ways to do this:

1.  Manual download via USB cable: If you use the Rolcaller as a portable attendance tracking device, you can use a USB cable to download the attendance data to your computer.

2. Automatically via Wi-Fi connection: If you plan to mount the Collector on the wall, you can add the Wi-Fi functionality. The data will then be automatically downloaded via the web!

Once the attendance data is downloaded, the RollCaller software will give convenient reports on the attendance hours of each of your residents.
