TRACKING STUDENT AT CONFERENCES, TRAINING OR REHEARSALS
Do you need to track the attendance at your conference sessions? Perhaps you even give Continuing Education Units (CEU) or Professional Development Credits for attending conference sessions? Do you only wish to lease RollCallers for a one time event? |

Use the RollCaller system to automate the attendance tracking for workshops and seminars at conferences. The system will quickly and accurately track and report on the attendance to sessions or workshops and it can even calculate the credits for each attendee and print out attendance certificates! This is very handy if attendees earn Continuing Education Units (CEU) or Professional Development Credits for attending the conference sessions.
Here is a simple scenario where RollCaller can help you manage your conference:
1. Hand out magnetic stripe ID cards when checking in to conference.
2. Place a RollCaller device on each room to record attendance.
3. Ask your attendees to swipe the card in when entering each session.
4. After the conference, downloaded the RollCaller information to the RollCaller software.
5. Import the attendees’ names and ID and schedules.
6. The RollCaller software will analyze your data to figure out the credits each person earned based on the attendance. |
|
7. Use the RollCaller software to print out a customized certificate of attendance for each attendee.
8. The RollCaller software can also provided a number of reports including:
• A report that shows what workshops each person attended.
• A report that shows each workshop and its attendance.
• A report that shows swipes of the same person at different lectures during the same lecture period.
The RollCaller workshop tracking system is very flexible and allows the administrator to add new students, assign card numbers that did not have assignments, resolve swipes made outside of regular workshop times, and resolve multiple swipes of the same person to different workshops. The administrator was also able to manually add or drop students from workshops attendance list. |
