The RollCaller system was used to track attendance to their Generation Next conference. Generation Next is the annual statewide conference for individuals and institutions involved in vocational-technical, career, adult education. During this conference, the RollCaller system was used to track attendance of about one thousand attendees to 90 conference sessions held in 22 rooms. RollCaller software was used to gather attendance and generated the certificate of attendance for each attendee. Each certificate was customized with the attendee’s name and number of professional development credit earned. The software did this quickly and automatically!

 

Recently, a Florida hospital ordered the RollCaller system to track mandatory training for their 5,000+ employees. The annual training is required to keep their medicare certification. The hospital administrators needed to make sure that all employees attend one of many training sessions offered. Tracking this with sign-in sheets was a big task. The RollCaller system made this process much simpler.
