How is the software licensed?
To suite your needs better, we offer three types of licensing:

1) Individual Sign-in Station Licensing
With the Individual Sign-In Station licensing scheme, you get a license for each sign-in computer running AccuTrack. The total licensing fee is based on the number of sign-in stations you want to use. The administration stations are included for free. For example, if you only plan on using one computer for your students and staff to sign in and out, then you only need ONE license. You can still run AccuTrack on as many computers as you like to schedule appointments, check out materials, analyze traffic, or to generate reports without any extra licenses
To make it easier for you to use AccuTrack in multiple areas, each additional sign-in station license you order is discounted by 50%.
Note that you can setup AccuTrack in two access modes: Shared or stand-alone. Whether you use the shared or stand-alone setup, the licensing fee is based on the number of sign-in stations running AccuTrack. There is no extra fee for the Administrators' stations as long as they are solely used for system administration and not for students or staff sign-ins.

2) Campus-Wide Licensing
The campus-wide license allows you unlimited installations of the software at a single campus. This license is a good option if you would like to install the software in several areas or centers within a single campus.

3) College-Wide Licensing
The college-wide license allows you unlimited installations of the software within a single college. This license is a good option if you would like to install the software at several locations and different campuses of the same college.

The customized software and documentation will arrive on a CD-ROM. You can order additional CDs for a small fee.
Upgrade Discounts
We offer discounts to current AccuTrack customers that want to upgrade to the latest version of the software or to a higher edition. The discount depends on your current version and the edition you want to upgrade to. Contact us for your upgrade fee.
Support Fees
When you purchase an AccuTrack Product, you receive free Priority Support incident units for your use during the first 90 days from the date of delivery. The number of incident units depends on the product you purchased as explained in the Priority Support page.
You can purchase Priority Support units to cover you beyond the free 90-day period. If you order a Priority Support Plan at the same time you order the AccuTrack license, you will get a 10% discount off your Support Plan subscription fee. There are several plans to choose from.
Note that non-priority support will be provided to all users for free through the AccuTrack Support Forum. Phone, priority, and technical work require Priority Support units.
On-site Training
We offer on-site training services. The fee for on-site training is $1,500 plus out-of-pocket expenses for travel, lodging, transportation, meals, etc. If you like you can make the travel arrangements yourself, or we can make them and bill you for the expenses. Please contact us to schedule a mutually convenient date for the training.
Card Reader

You can use a card reader with AccuTrack for signing in and out. There are two types of readers available: Magnetic Stripe and Bar code. The price of the Magnetic Stripe reader is $299, while the price of the barcode reader is $399. We will need a sample ID card to test with the reader before shipping it out. See the ordering section for the details. |
Shipping
When the software is customized and ready, it will be shipped to you via FedEx. If you like to track the shipment, let us know and we will send you the tracking number and instructions. There is a $20 shipping and handling fee for all orders within the US. Overnight shipping and shipping outside of the US are also available for an additional charge.
User's Manual

You will receive a free electronic copy of the manual in the form of an MS WORD 97 document file on the installation CD. If you prefer, you can also order a spiral-bound printed manual for $45 per copy. |
