Other Benefits
In addition to its tracking and reporting capabilities, AccuTrack features other benefits including a Messaging Center, Who's In information, and General Announcements box.You can use AccuTrack to send messages to one or all students. The messages are delivered at sign-in or sign-out time. The recipients have the option of deleting the message or keeping it for a later reminder. You can extend this messaging feature to all users, thus making AccuTrack function as a private message board.
AccuTrack can tell you who's in the facility by showing a list of signed in students at any time. The list shows the student's name, sign-in date, sign-in time, and the activity signed in to. You can extend this feature to all users, thus allowing them to quickly find out if someone they are looking for or meeting with is signed in.
AccuTrack also features a General Announcement box that appears in the sign-in screen. You can use this box to display general information such as lab hours, extended hours information, or anything else you want your visitors to know. You control the text, font size, and whether to display this box from the system administration screen.
