Tracking loaned materials

If your center loans videotapes, audio tapes, CD-ROMS, books, folders, or any other type of materials to students and you need to track who has what, AccuTrack can help.  Here is how it works.

Media Stock

Enter your media stock (videotapes, CDs, audio tapes, ...) here.  Includes title, media type, a comment field and other optional info.  Click here to see a sample Media Stock screen.

"Just want to let you know that we are happy with the AccuTrack software that was implemented last semester. I have recommended your program to several of our colleagues and related programs on campus. "

Media Checkouts

Once you have your media stock entered, tracking it becomes quick and easy.  Simply enter the media unique ID number, and AccuTrack will show you it's information, including whether it is checked in or out.  If the media is out, AccuTrack will tell you who has it and when they checked it out.  If the media is in, you can check it out by simply entering the student's ID, his or her instructor (optional), and class (optional).  AccuTrack will even calculate the return date and time for you, or you can enter a different time.   Click here to see a sample Media Checkout screen.

Media Reports

AccuTrack generates several media reports, including a checkout report that shows the history and usage of each title you have.  It's easy to know what's being used most and what's not.  Click here to see a sample Media Checkouts report.

Another report shows late media with convenient information such as the phone number of the student who has it.  Click here for a sample Late Media report.
