This section covers some of the most frequently asked concerns that our conference staff have had during their use of the Conference Tracker software.

  1. How do I download the Conference Tracker App?
    • On an iPhone, simply go to the App Store, type in Conference Tracker in the search bar, and click install. On Android, go to the Google Play Store, type in Conference Tracker in the search bar, and click install.
  2. How do I login to the Conference Tracker App?
    • After opening the Conference Tracker App, at the login screen that appears, input your email and password that was used for registration, and you will now have access to your conference in the application.
  3. How do I know what session or room I am scanning attendance?
    • On the main scanning page, it will say in the middle of the screen what room number, and the current session that you are scanning individuals in too. Also, when you first open the app, it will ask you what room you want to be scanning individuals in too.
If you are not sure what room number you are searching for, but you know the name of the session, simply go to workshops, click on your desired session, and then you will be directed to the scanning page, with the correct room number set.
