Leads App Guide

  1. Logging in
    • After downloading and opening the app, you will be asked to log in. You will need to enter your email and password associated with your account. This information should have been emailed to you already. If you have any issues logging in, you can always reset your password from within the app itself.
  2. Home Screen
    • After signing in, you will be greeted with the home screen. Here, you will have four options:
      • Scan
      • Manually
      • Leads
      • Sync
  3. Scan
    • This will be your main way of obtaining leads while at your conference. When you press Scan, you will be taken to a camera screen. By aligning the QR code of the attendee's badge you are attempting to capture with your camera screen, you will be able to scan their information into your phone. If this is successful, you will then be taken to your customized Leads survey, pre-filled with any information available from that attendee's profile. You can fill out the rest yourself, with the help of the attendee of course.
  4. Manually
    • If an attendee does not have a badge, or you cannot find their profile by using your scanner, you can always manually capture a lead by pressing the Manually icon. Once pressed, you will be shown a blank Leads survey that you can fill out with that person's information.
  5. Leads List
    • Pressing the Leads icon will show you the list of Leads you have captured. Since you are the Exhibitor Admin, you will also be able to see all Leads captured by your representatives. They will only be able to see the leads they have captured themselves. By pressing on any of these captured leads, you can edit any information as necessary.
  6. Sync
    • The Sync icon will upload/download any new information to the server. This includes newly captured leads or any changes to the conference itself.
  7. Navigation Bar
    • The Navigation bar is accessed by pressing the three lines on the top left corner of the screen or swiping right from the left edge of your phone screen. This will show you additional sections you can use in your Conference Leads app.
  8. Collected Leads
    • This is the same as the Leads list. It will show you the list of Leads you have captured. Since you are the Exhibitor Admin, you will also be able to see all Leads captured by your representatives. They will only be able to see the leads they have captured themselves. By pressing on any of these captured leads, you can edit any information as necessary.
  9. Email Leads
    • By pressing Email Leads, you will be sent all of your captured leads to your email.
  10. Random Name Drawing
    • By pressing Random Name Drawing, you will see the winners of the random name drawing.
  11. Conference Info
    • Conference Info will display basic information about the conference you are attending. You can see the dates on which it will be taking place and a brief description. You also have access to some extra options (as set by the administrator) by pressing the 🛈 icon at the top right corner on your iPhone device or the red Plus button on the bottom right corner on your Android device. These include conference website, directions to the conference, weather and places of interest.
  12. Appointments
    • Attendees can schedule appointments with you through their app. This is where you will see your list of upcoming appointments.
  13. Profile
    • Here you will be able to edit your profile, such as your profile photo and basic contact information.
  14. Logout
    • This will log you out of your Conference Leads app. This is important since you can only be signed in to one device at a time per account.

Exhibitor Representative Guide using the Conference Tracker Website

  1. Lead Retrieval
    • Manage Leads
      • Under Manage Leads, you have the options to create a Lead, edit leads survey, and view analytics.
        • Create
          • Create a new lead with their information here. This lead will be included in your Leads list.
    • Rewards
      • View the top attendees, the attendees tracked the most number of times. Also have the ability to conduct a random name drawing that can be used for prizes, etc.
        • Random Drawing
          • This will prompt you to choose the number of names to be drawn, and a collected lead will be randomly selected. This randomly selected individual, or individuals, can be awarded a prize, or anything that you choose. You can also view the most scanned leads by clicking on the Top Leads button.
    • Push ads
      • Send a push ad to ask the attendees to promote your company with specific information. This will work if your company has purchased any Push Ads for your company from the Conference Administrator.
  2. Advanced Options
    • Export Data
      • Here, you will be able to download your collected Leads data to your personal device. We offer the data in CSV, HTML and Excel format.
