Conference Attendee - Attendee FAQ / Knowledge Base

  1. How can Attendees login to the app?
    • When launching your Conference Attendee app for the first time, you will be asked to log in to your account.
      The very first thing you will be asked for will be the email you used to register for the conference. After the system finds your account, you will be asked for your password. Once entered, you will be able to log in and access the Conference Attendee app. If you do not know or remember your password, there will be a Password Reset link on the Enter Password screen. Using this simple process, you will be able to set up a new password and successfully log in to your account. =)
  2. How can Attendees post to the feed?
    • Once logged in, the Home Screen is the Social Feed section of the Conference. This will act as your home screen. The Conference Social Feed works like a social media page for the conference. Here, users can post messages and images for everyone to see and comment on.
  3. General Exploration for all areas of the app
    • The Navigation Bar will be your main tool to explore the Attendee app. The Navigation bar can be accessed by pressing the three-line icon on the top left corner of the app, or by swiping right from the left edge of your screen.
    • Under Conference Name on the Navigation bar, you will find buttons to redirect you to
      • Tracks
      • Sessions
      • Exhibitors
      • Sponsors
      • Maps
      • Info, and to
      • Contact Organizer.
    • Under the Social section, you will find
      • Presenters
      • People
      • Messages
      • Ranking
    • Under Questionnaires, you will find
      • Surveys and
      • Live Polls.
    • Under your Name, you will find
      • Profile
      • Badge
      • Resources
      • Notes
      • Conferences
  4. How can Attendees report items to the moderators and ask questions during the conference?
    • Attendees can report items to the moderators and ask questions during the conference by clicking the Contact organizer button on the Navigation Bar. This will take you to a screen to select which moderator to send the message too, and to produce the message.
