This page contains the list of error or message numbers that can be displayed by Accudemia.

  • Number: 1001
  • Application: Accudemia
  • Description: When semesters/terms are imported, and the system tries to update an existent one (because it matched by name), but there's another semester in the same period the one the user is trying to update.
  • Resolution: Change any of the 2 conflicting semesters.
  • Source: Processing Server - Update Existent Semester SP
  • Number: 1002
  • Application: Accudemia
  • Description: When the session logs are imported, you have specified the user (student/tutor) who signed-in, and the sign-in time at least.
  • Resolution: Add at least the user and the Sign In Time to your source.

  • Number: 1003
  • Application: Accudemia
  • Description: When the session logs are imported, you have specified a student log with more than one subject area selected. Even when this is supported by ADX, Accudemia does not support multiple subject areas yet.
  • Resolution: Add only one subject area to the session log.

  • Description: When the appointments are imported, you have specified the student information and the start date and time.
  • Resolution: Make sure you have specified at least the following fields for all the appointments: Student and start time. If you are developing your own plug-in, verify the metadata in the uploaded database is correctly set.

  • Description: When the appointment services are imported, you have specified the appointment and the service information.
  • Resolution: Make sure you have specified at least the following fields for all the appointment-service assignments: Appointment and service. If you are developing your own plug-in, verify the metadata in the uploaded database is correctly set.

  • Description: When the class sessions are imported, you have specified the class information and the session start time.
  • Resolution: Make sure you have specified at least the following fields for all the class sessions: Class and Start Time. If you are developing your own plug-in, verify the metadata in the uploaded database is correctly set.

  • Application: Accudemia
  • Description: When the class presence is imported, you have specified the class session information and the student who was present/absent.
  • Resolution: Make sure you have specified at least the following fields for all the class presences: Class session and Student. If you are developing your own plug-in, verify the metadata in the uploaded database is correctly set.

  • Description: When the profile answers are imported, if you don't have a profile questionnaire set, you will receive this error.
  • Resolution: Make sure you have specified your profile questionnaire. You can do this in the Control Panel.
