Personal Settings

My Homepage

This is the Main screen all user's see when they log into Accudemia with a password. It is featuring all your College News from every one of your centers. Optionally it can display any pending surveys, upcoming appointments, and it has a box full of other gadgets you can add to customize your Accudemia user experience.

You can click the Add Content at the top of this screen to see some other gadgets such as News Headlines, Google Shared Calendar, Messaging tools, and more. Be sure to check it out!

Warning! Not all of these options are available aside from the Google Calendar integration after Accudemia Version 7.0 update. They were replaced by our new Homepage Widgets. Click here to learn more.

My Profile

Users can update their password, contact information, and profile data using the My profile section. Simply click the My Profile link on the gray navigation bar at the top of the page when logged in.

General Tab

Notice that most of this information is grayed out as it cannot be edited except by another System Admin in Accudemia. These are primarily all of the required fields that are in Accudemia (First name, Last name, and User ID). You should be allowed to update the following:

  • Password
  • Gender
  • Birthdate
  • Emails
  • Address
  • Phone Numbers

My Settings

Notifications

This page allows the user to set when Accudemia should send e-mails and SMS to them. All Items are selected by default.

Send me an email...

This feature allows users to choose how they receive confirmations and reminders via emails.

  • when someone sends me a message - This will forward an email with the message when someone sends you a message to your Accudemia inbox.
  • when someone cancels an appointment - This will send you an email notification when someone cancels an appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • when someone restores an appointment - This will send you an email notification when someone restores (brings back a cancelled appointment) an appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • when someone confirms an appointment - This will send you an email notification when someone creates an appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • when someone re-schedules an appointment - This will send you an email notification when someone re-schedules (changes the date/time) an appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • as an appointment reminder - This will send you an email notification to remind you about an upcoming appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • when a technical contact is removed - This will send you an email notification when someone cancels an appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • when the difference between the license limit and the current students count is less than X - This option lets you know if you are close to the license limits on your Accudemia account (see notes).
  • when AccuCredits are less than Y - This option lets you know if you are running low on AccuCredits for SMS notifications on your Accudemia account (see notes).
The following notifications:
  • when a technical contact is removed
  • when AccuCredits are less than check
  • when the difference between the license limit and the current students count is less than

Are only options when using an Administrator account logged into Accudemia.

Send me a SMS...

  • when someone cancels an appointment - This will send you a SMS notification when someone cancels an appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • when someone restores an appointment - This will send you a SMS notification when someone restores (brings back a cancelled appointment) an appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • when someone confirms an appointment - This will send you a SMS notification when someone creates an appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • when someone re-schedules an appointment - This will send you a SMS notification when someone re-schedules (changes the date/time) an appointment with you in Accudemia.
  • as an appointment reminder - This will send you a SMS notification to remind you about an upcoming appointment with you in Accudemia.

Pending Surveys

Users can click the Pending Surveys link on the top navigation bar to view and respond to any pending surveys awaiting their completion through this screen.

Pending Surveys are also displayed on the “My Homepage” section as “Gadgets” available when the users first login.

Logout

Use this option to logout of your Accudemia interface.

About

This option shows you the current version of Accudemia, your account statistics for usage and licensing, and there will also be a link to the Accudemia Changelog about updated features released in the updates.

NOTE: Whenever there's been a major update to the software we will also provide this information may show as a yellow bar at the top that you can view. To remove it simply click on the X in the top-right corner of the message. If an Main Account Admin or Technical Contact you will receive an email campaign with this information will go out several weeks before this time so you will be made aware.

Contact Center Administration

This section will start an e-mail message that you can compose to the Institution's designated Main Account Admin in accudemia.

High Contrast

Click on this option if you are having trouble viewing the Accudemia website.
