Entering Follow Ups

To enter a follow-up click on the referral name from the list. Then go to the “Referral update” section and write a comment, you can also choose a date and who is doing the follow-up.

Editors and Viewers

This page can be viewed and edited by instructors and custom role users. Instructors, College Administrators, and Tutors can be added to the Follow up by, they will be updated on the status of the referral.

The Referral System will send to the users confirmations of created referrals, reminders when the Follow up on is close to the completion date. Also it will send via e-mail messages when the referral has been updated.
