Answering the Survey
To answer the survey, a user must complete the Questionnaire either while logged into their homepage or when prompted at sign-in or sign-out. The questions mark with an asterisk are required.
After completing the questionnaire, click the Save Changes button, then the survey will disappear from the Pending surveys list.
