Help

This section refers to all the links and access to technical documentation in Accudemia. You can find how to get support and provide feedback.

After clicking the Help button, the following menu will appear:


  • Type a question - Users can type a question in the textbox and a list of related documentation will be shown.
  • About Accudemia - You can access information about Accudemia, such as the version information, changelog, and some account statistic information.
  • Submit Feedback - You can share your thoughts and comments about Accudemia.
  • Create Support Ticket -You can create a ticket related to a question/problem you need help with.

Type a Question

In this option, you can type any text and Accudemia will display to you a list of support information related to that text. You can see in this example when we type the word “appointment,” the system will automatically filter articles that contain the word or phrase typed. The example below the system shows how to add/remove an appointment and other articles referring to this subject.




About Accudemia

This screen displays information regarding Accudemia as a system and also some statistics from your account. You can see here that we are using version 7.0, and this account is configured with five centers and other related information.




Submit Feedback

This is the screen that you may use to provide information about your experience with Accudemia. Select a topic from the list and add your comments.




Submit Ticket

This screen is used to request help by submitting a ticket to Accudemia's support staff. You can type in the question/problem, add a detailed comment, and attach supporting documents/screenshots as needed.

It is an excellent practice to include as many details as possible. If you do this, the technical support personnel will be able to help you quicker.
