Unresolved Swipes

How to Access: Class Attendance > Unresolved Swipes

Purpose: Used to manually view and update swipes that could not be resolved to a specific Student or the Class that was being tracked in the Class Attendance in AccuCampus.

When you get to this section, there are several options to help you call the roll for your Class:

  • Swipe a Card - Use this option to create a new Swipe In or Out for a Class session.
  • Roll Call - This brings you back to the initial Roll Call screen to select the Class and date for another Course.
  • View Attendance - Use this option to see the Attendance Sheet for the entire Class of Enrolled Students in one screen.
  • Search Filter (Magnifying Glass) - This filters the current view of the Unresolved Swipes on this screen only to show the Unresolved Swipes that match the typed search criteria.

Unresolved Swipes Options

To view a specific Unresolved Swipe, you can do the following:

  • Click the title of the Swipe to see the issue details of this log.
  • Click on the Resolve button.

To resolve the log, you can fill in the missing Student or Class information and click Save

Swipe your Card

  • Type- Select if this is a Sign-in OR a Sign-out.
  • Session Date-Pick the Swipe Date; it is set today by default.
  • Session Name- Associate the user to this Swipe by selecting from the list.
  • Card #- Type-in/swipe the Card # associated with this Swipe log.
  • SAVE AND SWIPE AGAIN- Click this button to Save, reset all values and record another swipe

Use this option to

  • CLOSE- Click this button to roll back without saving.
