Waiting Lines

In AccuCampus you to create “Wait-lines” for Locations, specific Services at a Location, specific Courses at a Location, and assign specific staff members at a Location. Additionally, those Wait-lines can be configured as “virtual,” which means that students can add themselves to a waiting line via the mobile App rather than sign in at the Location itself; this allows students to better manage their time and centers better manage their space. Before waiting lines can be created, you must first build locations, services, courses, and sign-in stations.

If a location does not have a waiting line associated with it, then users sign-in/out automatically

You can use Rules to create notifications for your waiting lines. This could include messages for virtual waiting lines providing an estimated wait time and Information when the Center is ready for the Student.

See the Rules module at Advanced Options–>Settings–>Rules

You can set this line to have default values for Service, event, or staff member. Then, whenever attendees sign in, they move to the corresponding line based on what they select. This way, you can have multiple waiting lines at the same time in the exact location. If you want to have a single line in the specified location, leave the text fields empty.

Course - Use this option to set a default Course.

Staff - Use this option to set a default Staff.

If you do not use default values, the User must select a value for that specific topic.
