We have to recreate the sign-in station once in a while.
Submitted by diego on Fri, 09/14/2012 - 2:20pmThis is generally browser related issues. I would strongly suggest to:
1) Use either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Those browser are faster and more secure also. Even if you are able to fix the problem, we still recommend you to do use one of those browsers.
2) Make sure the time and date in your computer are correct. If the date is wrong (e.g., September 14, 2011), browsers are likely to work wrong.
3) Make sure you are not using a special software like Deep Freeze.
4) Contact an IT person there that can check your computer and make sure of the following:
Accudemia font size is too small (or big). How can I change it?
Submitted by Anonymous on Tue, 02/14/2012 - 8:45amSometimes the font size in the browser changes if an user presses accidentally the shortcuts to do so. While you have Accudemia open in the browser, try one of the following:
- Press Ctrl + 0 (control plus de number zero, without using the keypad. Use the number that is above the letter P in your keyboard), or
- Press Ctrl + (+) (control plus the plus symbol, this time using the keypad).
If that doesn’t work, please try restoring the zoom and text size using your browser options:
