AccuLite Licensing Options

We offer six licensing options with AccuLite software. Choose the licensing option that best suits your needs.

Single Computer: Allows installation on a single computer that will serve both as the attendance sign-in computer and the administration computer. Offers the minimum possible installation and the smallest licensing fee.

Single Center, Single Location: Allows unlimited installations at a single location for one center. This is one center with one name and at one physical location (room or building). Allows multiple sign-in stations, which is handy for busy centers. Allows administrators to set up the software and generate reports from the convenience of their own desks.

Single Center, Multiple Locations: Allows unlimited installations at multiple locations and sites for one center. With this license a center that has multiple locations (e.g. several locations at a single campus or even at different campuses), can have unlimited sign-in stations and administration stations at all of its sites. The different locations can be using a single database or separate databases.

Campus-Wide: Allows unlimited installations at different centers at a single campus. For example, the software can be used in all tutoring labs, advising centers, counseling offices, and others - as long as they are all at the same campus.

Institution-Wide: Allows unlimited installations at all college or university sites and locations. This includes different centers at different campuses.

District-Wide: Intended for school districts. Allows unlimited installations at all district sites and locations.
