AccuTrack Computer Lab Edition
The Computer Lab edition is designed for tracking software usage. You install a copy of this edition on each computer in your lab. When students sign in, AccuTrack will show a list of the available applications and will automatically launch the ones the student selects. AccuTrack will then monitor these applications and will automatically record the time when they are closed.
Special reports show you the utilization of each software application in the lab. You can also check which software applications each student used, and how much time he or she spent using them.
The Computer Lab Edition replaces the standard Windows desktop with the AccuTrack screen for maximum control over tracking application usage. You set up the applications students can launch via the administration screen. The software is network capable so if all your computer stations are set up the same way, you only need to set up shared data on a server computer and install the .exe on each machine to monitor the whole lab.
If you would rather leave the desktop as it is, you can install AccuTrack on a dedicated sign-in station instead of installing it on each computer. In this case you can use AccuTrack Plus or AccuTrack Deluxe edition.
